Justin’s knowledge of, and passion for the industry was born during his tenure working for the modular home factory that his father founded. He has worked on the production line as a laborer, and in the office as an Account Representative, VP of Business Development and VP of Operations/General Manager. Justin understands the Modular Production process from start to finish. In his career, Justin has been vital in helping his clients complete over 1,500,000 square feet of Commercial/Multi-Family projects and nearly 1,000,000 square feet of single-family construction as well.

¡Justin also spent time working for the nation’s largest merit-based Construction Recruiting and Staffing firm where his job was to recruit, onboard, and place skilled tradespeople on job sites to help contractors right-size their staff and complete their projects on time and budget. In 2018, Justin was recognized by his peers in the organization as the Top-Producing Project Coordinator in the Mid-Atlantic Area. His work with this firm allowed him to place skilled tradespeople on famous jobsites such as Madison Square Garden, Prudential Center, 111 W. 57th street (NYC – Steinway tower), Bethpage State Park for the 2019 PGA Championship, and many other well-known locations.¡
